Refund Policy & Return Policy

The time required to complete a refund depends on the purchase method you have selected. Once we have received your product and it has undergone a quality control (2 working days maximum), the expected refund processing times are as follows:

Card (Debit/Credit): Debit or Credit Card Payment Reversal 3-10 working days, bKash 1 working day

bKash / Internet Banking Bank Deposit / Mobile Payment Reversal: 7 working days, bKash 1 working day

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO CERTAIN PRODUCTS:

A. Mobil products supplied by MJL or any other Brand products which contain a QR code (Open type) scanning option on the bottle or packaging.

B. Tires manufactured by any Brand.

C. Electric/Electronic products which can get easily damaged by voltage fluctuation ( Horn, Bulb, Ignition coil, Spark Plugs, Sensors etc).

Our Return Policy for car parts products is as follows:

  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide proof of purchase.

  2. Timeframe: You have 3 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. After 3 days, we cannot accept returns.

  3. Refund: If you are eligible for a return, you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping or handling fees. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  4. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the item is returned to us safely.

  5. Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.

  6. Exceptions: Some items are not eligible for return, including custom-made or special order items, electrical components, and items that have been installed or used.

  7. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement item as soon as possible.
